How much does a storage unit clean-out cost?
Estimates are free and the price is flat, based on how much the crew has to load rather than an hourly rate. The crew sizes up the load on arrival and quotes the whole job on the spot before any work starts, so the number you hear is the number you pay. New customers get $20 off their first job.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, same-day clean-outs are available whenever the schedule has room. Same-day slots go quickly, so calling or texting (812) 820-0302 is faster than booking online if you need the unit cleared today.
How do I pay, and what is the deposit for?
Booking online takes a small refundable deposit by card, which holds your crew and time slot. It is not an extra charge — it comes straight off your total. After the on-site quote, the remaining balance is due before the crew starts loading, and is accepted in cash, Venmo or Cash App.
Do I have to help carry anything?
No. The crew loads every box, bag and piece of furniture, sweeps the space, and hauls it all away. You do not lift a finger — point at what goes and the rest is handled.
What happens to everything you haul away?
Anything still usable is dropped at local donation centers rather than a landfill. The rest is disposed of properly. Donation hauling is part of the standard service and costs nothing extra.
